The Golden Touch Project

When Silver Queen Fine Art approached Friends of Animals Utah in search of the perfect gallery cat, Midas was the only choice. We were on a mission to find a gallery companion that wouldn't damage our new, one of a kind leather sofa, and he was the only fellow without claws. At the time, our Midas was actually named Tater for his Tater Tot-like quality, as he is golden in color and as round as a bag of taters. However, we decided that title was not fitting for such a regal and celebrated feline. After letting our clients send in their suggested names, an e-ballot was sent to our 2000-plus clients. There were many great choices, but an overwhelming number of clients agreed that Tater would forever be crowned Midas, King of the Silver Queens.

Because Midas has been such a perfect addition to the gallery, Silver Queen Fine Art, Nunwell Glass, and Dani Blade have teamed up to create The Golden Touch Project.
Beautiful, whimsical, limited-edition glass paperweights have been created to honor and benefit the amazing work of Friends of Animals Utah.

Your purchase will do many wonderful things for this much appreciated Park City non-profit.

A substantial portion of every purchase will benefit Friends of Animals Utah. This edition alone will spay or neuter, vaccinate, and feed 40 cats for one year. F.O.A.U. is a no-kill shelter located in Summit County. Please visit foautah.org for more info.

There are queens that have talent
and are famous too.

Queens that are viciously evil

and others royal and blue.

There queens who have power
and like to play games.

And others who are a drag and dress up like dames.

There are queens that have rhythm

and queens that can dance.

But if you'd like to bring a smile to these three queens, this is your chance. Attend Silver Queen Fine Art's Grand Re-Opening and Tim Cotterill's 5th annual Collectors Weekend.

August 21st 6pm - 9pm

Welcome our newest little frog...

ALICE!

"Alice" is shockingly brilliant. Never before has Tim released such a fanciful sculpture and it's exclusively available at the Silver Queen! This cotton candy- colored frog is the star amongst variegated gold leafed mushroom caps, stained with shades of blue. Powdered purple lady bugs are not falling down the rabbit hole, but hiding out in this wonderland.

In a very limited edition of only 40, Alice can be yours

by contacting Silver Queen Fine Art today.

What's luck got to do with it???

There are plenty of lucky things in life.

A Lucky Horse Shoe, hung properly on the wall.

A Wishbone, especially the larger half of one that has been tugged apart by two people.

Seeing a Shooting Star is thought to be pretty darn lucky.

Lucky Charms Cereal. Because we said so.

Crossing your fingers for good luck is a common action to induce its charms.

A Four Leaf Clover is considered good luck for its rarity.
